What is a Picky Pad?
A Picky Pad is a sensory fidget tool made from silicone and containing beads, pebbles, or miniatures to “pick” out. Picky Pads were originally designed to redirect Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRB) such as skin picking, hair pulling and nail biting. Since gaining popularity online, many people have found Picky Pads helpful for things like anxiety, autism, ADHD, stress relief, and just for fun!
All Picky Pads are handcrafted by me, with the intent of creating a satisfying combination of colors, shapes, and textures.
