14-Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at elisejackman@outlook.com.
Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Original paintings and bespoke (custom) artwork are non-returnable. Sale items are also final sale and cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days pass after approval, please contact us.
